Davida Rodriguez, CKD
Owner/Designer
Davida has over 20 years experience designing and selling tile and custom baths and kitchens for both residential and commercial clients. A native of the Washington DC area, and an Interior Design graduate from the University of Maryland, she spent 10 years in the designer kitchen industry providing custom cabinetry before adding an additional 10 years of stone, ceramic and other custom tile work to her repertoire.
In 1995, Davida received the title of CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) and in 2006 created Davida’s Kitchen & Tiles. The new showroom followed shortly thereafter where she continues to offer personalized designs to her clients for nearly every situation, no matter how unique the area!
Colleen Dancy
Design Consultant
Colleen brings 15 years of experiance to our company not only in tile, but in buying and selecting materials for various companies in her past. She has ample knowledge about the products we offer here in our showroom and can be of help with questions regarding tile. Colleen handles customer relations and orders, organizes the warehouse and checks in shipments, as well as manages the office. Since entering the work force she has always been in head positions and is a driving force here at Davida’s Kitchen & Tiles.
Denise Reaver
Administrative Assistant
Denise comes with eight years experience in residential remodeling for a general contractor. Managing large, high-end custom projects such as kitchen additions, 2-story additions including in-law suites and master bedroom suites. She processes cabinet and tile orders, performs general bookkeeping duties, assists in project management, and marketing implementation. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
